-
No. The 50% down payment is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and allocates production resources specifically for your project.
-
The remaining 50% of the quoted project cost is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
-
Rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled shoot date may be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled date may result in a rescheduling fee.

A detailed quote is provided after we discuss your project goals, scope, and requirements. This ensures pricing reflects the exact deliverables, production needs, and timeline involved.
-
Delivery timelines vary depending on project scope and complexity. Estimated turnaround times will be outlined in your proposal and confirmed before production begins.
-
For all video projects, you will receive a private Vimeo review link once the initial cut is completed. This link allows you to leave time-stamped comments directly on specific moments within the video for clear and organized feedback.
Each video project includes one round of revisions. We ask that all feedback, notes, and requested adjustments be consolidated and submitted at one time through the Vimeo review link before the revision process begins.
A revision includes reasonable adjustments such as minor text changes, trimming clips, replacing shots from already captured footage, pacing refinements, audio level adjustments, or small structural tweaks.
A new edit includes significant changes such as altering the overall concept, replacing major sections of the video, requesting new footage to be captured, restructuring the storyline beyond minor adjustments, or adding new deliverables not originally outlined in the agreed scope. Requests that fall outside the original project scope will require a revised quote.
Revision turnaround time varies depending on project size and the scope of requested changes. Most revisions are completed within 3–7 business days, though larger projects or more detailed adjustments may require additional time.
After the included revision round has been completed, any additional edits or further rounds of revisions will be billed at an additional editing fee. This structured process ensures efficiency, maintains production timelines, and allows us to deliver a polished final product that aligns with your goals.
-
Yes. A legally binding service agreement must be reviewed and signed before any production work can begin. The contract outlines the agreed scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment structure, usage rights, cancellation terms, and revision policy to ensure clarity and protection for both parties.
Work will not be scheduled or initiated until the signed agreement and required deposit have been received. This process allows us to operate professionally, protect your investment, and maintain clear expectations throughout the project.
-
No. All projects are delivered as fully edited, finished media. We do not provide raw footage, unedited images, or partially completed files.
Our production process includes creative direction, filming or photography, professional editing, color grading, sound design (for video), and final delivery optimized for its intended platform. The value of the project lies not only in capturing the content, but in the post-production process that ensures it meets professional standards.
We operate as a full-service production company, meaning we manage each project from capture to final delivery. This allows us to maintain quality control, brand consistency, and a cohesive final product.
If a client requires raw assets or custom usage arrangements, this must be discussed and agreed upon in advance, and additional licensing fees may apply.
-
Direct project communication hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST. Messages received outside of these hours will be responded to during the next business window. This structure ensures focused production time while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
